About Our Co-op

Craigilea is a 22-unit town home community with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, just off Gorge Road and Harriet.

Our Vision
Our vision guides us by describing what we need to accomplish in order to achieve sustainability and growth in the future.

  • We will develop and maintain long-term planning to ensure that Craigilea is financially, structurally and environmentally sustainable. Sound leadership is vital to our co-op’s success.
  • We understand that the older our homes become the more it will cost to maintain them.
  • We understand that housing charges are the main source of revenue and to increase revenue, housing charges will need to increase.
  • We will strive to keep housing charges affordable for all members.
  • We will develop and maintain member selection processes which ensure we recruit new members who share our Mission, Values and Vision.
  • We understand that co-op education is critical to success and allocate resources to provide our members with opportunities for co-op education.
  • We depend on each other, we understand that the work of our volunteers is important to our co-op.
  • We will invest in the skills we need to make sure the important work of the co-op is done.
  • We will strive to maintain a safe, friendly environment for all members.
  • We will find affordable ways to provide activities that will contribute to building and maintaining a strong cohesive co-op community.

  • Wall to wall carpeting in living areas (some units are being updated to laminate flooring)
